UAE. Under the theme China Art, The Dubai Mall is offering an exciting programme of authentic activities showcasing art, music and dance through arts & crafts workshops, traditional Chinese games and exciting live performances to celebrate Chinese New Year until February 10th.
 
Don’t miss the opportunity to witness live cultural performances in the Star Atrium including the spellbinding theatrical performance of the Chinese Spinning Plate Acrobats, whose plate spinning act becomes an acrobatics-meets-dance event.
 
The Chinese Puppet Show brings traditional Chinese puppetry in the form of theatre acted by colourful figures and accompanied by music and singing. Do not miss the Finger Palm Calligraphy Art to discover an ancient tradition with each piece unique and beautiful.
 
Visitors can also participate in traditional arts & crafts workshops including Chinese finger palm painting and calligraphy, egg carving, umbrella art painting, knot tying, wood carving pen and Chinese lucky bag making.
 
Make sure you enjoy a game of mahjong or Chinese checkers in the Fashion Avenue Atrium, under an Instagrammable large red Lucky Chinese Tree. Guests who take a photo and upload with the hashtag #TDMChinaArt will receive a red envelope containing a voucher from a participating retailer.
