UAE. Mall culture is firmly entrenched in not just the country but the entire region. However, community shopping destinations like the Town Square at Al Forsan Village is one such optimal destination that is redefining the customer’s retail and entertainment experience.

Nestled in Khalifa City area of Abu Dhabi, Town Square provides the most desirable brands and restaurants for everyday needs of the nearby residents.

A community shopping centre is smaller in design and by definition is a much-required neighbourhood venue for convenience shopping, dining and social interaction. They don’t usually suffer from the problems faced by the bigger malls such as parking woes and overcrowding while making sure that most of the daily needs for a resident are fulfilled at the centre.

Al Forsan Village is also Abu Dhabi’s first active health focused mixed-use development. Current brands at the Town Square include Spinneys Hypermarket, Al Manara Pharmacy, JustKidding, Grand Optics, Street9 Cafe, Oregano Cafe, Dantel & More, Coffee Club, Physiomins, B&Y Electronics, Champion Cleaners, Illy Café, Tilia Flowers and Cheeky Monkeys among others. Utility service providers including Etisalat are there to serve the community’s immediate requirements.

The retail space at the Town Square has been intelligently designed to accomplish a number of requirements which includes addressing the resident’s retail needs by providing a complete gated community experience. The planning of the project is developed on a series of concentric semi-circle housing arrangement, providing easy access to the retail destination and all its facilities.

Al Forsan Real Estate; the property arm of Al Forsan Holding, develops mixed-use communities that support active lifestyle through the integration of world class sporting facilities. Al Forsan Village is home to several nationalities and has seen growing interest from various local and international investors from across the globe.

UAE. When trade-off decisions have to be made, better visibility should be the number one priority, not greater control. It is better to be able to see everything in the cloud, than to attempt to control an incomplete portion of it.
