Bayt.com unveils new design website to increase job search and hiring success

UAE. Bayt.com, the Middle East’s leading job site, just unveiled its redesigned website, with updates for all job seekers and employers across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

The new look of the job site introduces a sleek design that’s focused on user experience and efficiency, while maintaining all job search and hiring tools easily accessible and result-driven.

The Job seeker’s side of Bayt.com is now defined around the core functions that are most important to the region’s professionals: finding jobs and creating CVs and applications to land these opportunities. With over 10,000 jobs available on the site on a daily basis, the new look of Bayt.com is designed to guide the job seeker towards their desired career in the most efficient and straight-forward path.

“In this new design, we have regrouped our resources to revolve around the job seeker journey as well as the tools and information they need to instantly access,” said Suhail Masri, VP of Employer Solution, Bayt.com.

“We have also made it far simpler for users to create their CVs and get started on the job search and application path. With the goal of efficient job and talent matching, the new design is created to minimize distractions and support our 30.7 million users to find their career opportunities.”

Bayt.com continues to grow one year after another. In 2017 alone, Bayt.com posted over 142,000 jobs, and generated over 1,700,000 CV searches. In addition, Bayt.com reported that nearly 1.5 million candidates were contacted on the platform by companies and organizations looking to hire.

The employer side of Bayt.com; which is used by more than 40,000 companies, organizations, and governments region-wide; is also refreshed with easier navigation, simplified product pages, re-bundled tools, free HR resources and hiring guides, and even dedicated solutions for small businesses and startups.

Masri adds: ‘With the new dynamic, yet simplified visuals and information, companies and organizations will find it far easier to get started on the hiring process. We have also made our hiring solutions much more sensitive towards businesses’ diverse needs and interests and have made more talent sourcing resources and tools available.
