UAE. Leading UAE law firm Hadef & Partners is pleased to announce today that renowned Middle East Banking & Finance expert Caroline O’Hare is joining Hadef & Partners as Head of Financial Services & Regulatory.

Caroline will also be a member of the Banking & Finance team in Dubai. She will spearhead the firm’s Financial Services & Regulatory practice as well as advising on major regional banking and finance transactions.

Caroline has in-depth experience in the region including twice having previously worked for in Clifford Chance’s Dubai and Bahrain offices, where she was latterly the Partner in charge of Clifford Chance’s Gulf Finance practice. She has also worked for Conyers Dill & Pearman, Applebys, Norton Rose and Pinsent Masons in locations including London, Moscow, Budapest, Bermuda and Cayman Islands.
