LEBANON. The Ministry of Tourism said on Tuesday that the number of tourists visiting Lebanon totaled 336,721 in the first five months of 2008, down by 1.8% from the same period of 2007. During May, the number was just 59,667, 17.9% lower than the same period in 2007 and 45.5% lower than the number of incoming tourists in the same month of 2006.
