Orascom Telecom completes sale of 50% stake in Tunisiana

INTERNATIONAL. Orascom Telecom Holding completed the sale of its 50% stake in Orascom Telecom Tunisie, also known as Tunisiana, to Qatar Telecom.

The stake was sold for US$1.2 billion, Orascom said in a statement today.
